Three entrances explored on a levelled area, down valley from Famous Five Cave. Although all are within 20m of each other, on the scar, there is no obvious connection between them.

The positions of sites 4145 and 4146 were altered January 2018 to more accurately show their position on the cliff line.

This 'main' entrance was dug out to reveal 5m of walking passage to a 4.5m climb down over stal, to a complex of interconnected passages - "a series of trenches complicated by calcite flows". The estimated total length was 100m. The entrance was partially walled before departing at Easter 2015. When 75% was surveyed at Easter 2016, the length was 148m.

The sites close by are 4145 and 4146. The positions of these sites were altered January 2018 to more accurately show their position on the cliff line.
