The dig is forty to fifty metres in a straight line beyond the western boulder choke in Lenny’s Cave. The hole was excavated down against a solid wall to a narrow, open slot over Christmas 2012 and the New Year. At times it has draughted reasonably well especially considering that there was little or no draught in Lenny’s Cave at around the same time. Debris falling down keeps blocking off the draught.
Further excavation occured over the Easter 2013 period. More details?
