A good draught was felt coming from a small hole under a large rock in the south east corner of a field. An hour of digging and removing rocks made the hole big enough to enter. There is a way on descending 5m down dip - this was not entered and no draught was felt, but a good draught was felt from the south trending hole heading into the hill. Watch out for the BIG spiders in the entrance! The cave has been left with logs over the hole. Not finished.
The entrance was draughting well on a visit in February 2018. The following Easter, the hole was re-opened, explored down a 6m entrance slope then dug to a 10m crawl with no way on. The entrance is now stock-proof.
